  • Routes leads instantly to the right sales representative based on language and territory. 
  • Integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, creating new lead records, assigning tasks to respond, or updating existing ones with relevant notes. 
  • Notifies sales reps in real time via Microsoft Teams when a new lead is assigned. 
  • Directs HR emails to the HR team automatically. 
  • Filters spam before it reaches anyone’s inbox. 
Behind the scenes, the workflow uses secure credential management, structured error handling, and modular code to ensure stability, scalability, and easy maintenance.
