OfficeMate approached Manao Software with a clear vision to enhance their business capabilities by developing two key web applications: the Seller Center and Delivery Charge system.
- Seller Center: This e-commerce platform helps manage seller information, product listings, orders, promotions, and commissions. It also integrates with their other systems to streamline operations, displaying real-time order data from various channels.
- Delivery Charge System: A system to integrate delivery charges with various logistics providers. The goal was to create a seamless system where sellers could calculate and manage delivery charges alongside their orders.
In addition to these applications, OfficeMate’s ambition is to become the first working and biz solution in Thailand, providing a broad range of business solutions while connecting with all delivery services in the country.
Results
The collaboration between OfficeMate and Manao Software was successful, with both teams working closely to ensure smooth implementation and testing.
