- Lack of Internal Business Analysis: Fair & Fast didn’t have a dedicated Business Analyst (BA), so Manao Software stepped in to fulfill this role, ensuring smooth communication between the business and development teams.
- QA Team Involvement: To address the shifting scope and requirements, Manao Software’s QA team also supported business analysis, helping to refine requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
